“I first started training with Jonathan Bailey in 2011. After sustaining a number of injuries during my professional soccer career at Sydney FC and Coventry City FC, I began training with Jonathan in an attempt to gain a competitive edge. By the time I had begun training with "Jonathan, I had already had four operations, an ACL reconstruction, a right ankle arthroscopy and two hip operations for a femoral acetabular impingement. Despite this long list of injuries Jonathan was able to get my body back into peak condition, through nutritional advice and a strict training program. By the time I got back on the football pitch, playing for Northern Tigers in the NSW Super League, I was under 8% body fat, at my ideal playing weight of 75kg. From training with Jonathan, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge on training principles and nutrition. By following Jonathan’s simple training and nutritional guidelines I have been able to stay under 10% body fat and make continual strength gains in the gym.”
