Each Online Training Program Phase lasts for 12 Weeks, structured in 3 x 4 Week Training Phases.
Online Training is geared toward helping you work toward your goals, with Online Support and guidance from Jonathan, wherever you are in the world. As well as support from Jonathan, you will also gain access to a Members Only database of exercise tutorials so you are 100% clear on how to execute each part of your program safely and can refer back to at any point if needed.
