After sustaining a number of injuries during my professional soccer career at Sydney FC and Coventry City FC, I began training with Jonathan in an attempt to gain a competitive edge. By the time I had begun training with Jonathan, I had already had four operations, an ACL reconstruction, a right ankle arthroscopy and two hip operations for a femoral acetabular impingement. Despite this long list of injuries Jonathan was able to get my body back into peak condition, through nutritional advice and a strict training program.
